Education About Your Body

Explanation of anatomy, menstrual cycle, normal development, and intimate hygiene. We use visual diagrams and clear language. Information on contraception and STI prevention if relevant.

Basic Physical Exam (NOT invasive)

Most first visits do NOT include a pelvic exam — only weight, blood pressure, and conversation. A pelvic exam is done only if specific symptoms require it, and ALWAYS with your permission.
